Mr. Leng has been the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, President and General Manager of American Dairy since May 2003. Mr. Leng is responsible for the overall strategic planning, management and business development of Feihe dairy. Mr. Leng has more than 13 years of experience in the dairy industry. He served General Manager of Feihe Dairy since 1997 and later became Chairman in 2000. Prior to that, Mr. Leng acted as technician, deputy director and director of ZhaoGuang Dairy Plant, the predecessor of Feihe Dairy. During his tenure, he has researched and patented the "liver protection milk powder." Mr. Leng obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Food Engineering from Northeast Agriculture University, China.

Mr. Liu has been the Chief Financial Officer of Feihe Dairy since November 2000. Prior to joining American Dairy, he was the CEO of Shenzhen Cima Limited ("Cima") from 1998 to 2000. Before Cima, he served as the CEO of Zhengzhou Huacheng Limited. Mr. Liu received a degree in Finance and Economics from Xian Traffic University in 1993.

Mr. Zheng is the Chief Executive Officer of Feihe Dairy. He joined Feihe Dairy as a sales consultant in September 2002 and contributed to the Company's growth in sales and profitability of 80% and 100%, respectively, over a 12-month period. Prior to his appointment as Feihe Dairy's CEO, Mr. Zheng was the Branch Manager of Swire Coca-Cola Beverages Xiamen, Limited, the producer and distributor of brands of The Coca-Cola Company in the Fujian Province of China. Before his time in The Coca-Cola Company, he was head of sales for Xiamen Da'yang Group, a public beverage production and sales company in China. Mr. Xuan received an MBA from the Guanghua School of Management at Beijing University.
